Vanelo AI is built for one salesperson. It finds companies that fit your target group, looks up contacts, writes an email per company and sends it under your name from your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox. That works well for one person. When a team starts prospecting, three things change.

First, the price follows the headcount. Starter and Professional are for one user; the Team plan is €399 per user per month excl. VAT, with a minimum of two users.

Second, every campaign runs on the mailbox you use every day. The plans send from your own mailbox and do not include separate sending domains or mailboxes. If you want your outreach apart from your day-to-day mail, you arrange and pay for that yourself.

Third, Vanelo AI describes its job as finding, emailing and following up. Replies come in to your own mailbox, and what happens next is up to you.

What Re:Shark does differently

Re:Shark does the whole job in one flow, for the whole team. Kai, your AI colleague, builds the audience from Reef, our company database built around Dutch companies. He researches each company, finds the right person and writes the personal parts of your email. Enrichment fills in details from multiple sources, and every research answer shows the source it is based on, so you can check it before anything goes out.

An example. You sell software to installation companies. Kai finds installers in Brabant with a service team, reads on each website which brands they work with, and opens every mail with that. You check the preview per recipient and approve the launch. When someone replies, Kai reads it, recognises an out-of-office, and drafts an answer for you.

You choose how much Kai does per campaign. In Manual and Copilot nothing is sent without your approval. In Autopilot he works within your rules, and you still approve the launch.

Sending that stays separate from your own inbox

This is where the two differ most. Re:Shark outreach runs on dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, included in every plan: 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes on Plug & Play, 2 domains with up to 20 each on Growth, 4 domains with up to 20 each on Enterprise. Re:Shark sets up DNS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF, warms the mailboxes up and rotates sending across them, on our own mail servers in the EU. Your campaigns run apart from the mailbox your customers and colleagues write to.

What you actually pay

As of September 2026, Vanelo AI costs, excl. VAT: Starter €99 a month for 1 user, Professional €299 for 1 user, and Team €399 per user per month from 2 users. A team of three pays 3 × €399 = €1,197 a month, and still sends from its own mailboxes.

Re:Shark prices per plan, with the users included, excl. VAT: Plug & Play €395 a month (€345 billed quarterly, €295 annually) for 1 user, with 2,000 credits and 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes. Growth is €695 (€645, €595) for 3 users, with 7,500 credits and 2 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each. Enterprise is €995 (€945, €895) for 5 or more users, with 30,000 credits and 4 domains. About 13 credits cover one prospect: finding and verifying the address, checking fit and writing a personal sequence. A search that finds no address is refunded. Top-up packs are available. For three people, that is Growth at €695 against €1,197 a month, and Growth includes the domains, mailboxes and reply drafting. For one person, Plug & Play at €395 includes what Vanelo AI’s single-user plans leave to your own mailbox: a dedicated domain with up to 10 mailboxes, warm-up and rotation.

Built for the Dutch market

Both companies are Dutch. What Re:Shark adds is Reef, built around Dutch companies: what a company does, where it operates and how its team is structured by function.
