Kaspr alternative: Re:Shark vs Kaspr
Kaspr gives you a phone number or an address; the campaign still happens somewhere else. Re:Shark finds the right Dutch companies, writes the emails and sends them, in one plan with domains and mailboxes included.
Why teams choose Re:Shark
With Kaspr you get contact details. With Re:Shark you get the campaign: Kai finds the Dutch companies that fit, researches each one, writes the personalised parts and sends from domains and mailboxes included in your plan. Users, credits, domains and mailboxes are in the plan price, not bought per seat, and your data stays in the EU.
When Kaspr is enough
If you mainly want phone numbers for people you look up on LinkedIn, across Europe, and already run your campaigns in another tool.

Why teams look for a Kaspr alternative
Kaspr is a French contact data tool and part of Cognism. It calls itself a prospecting tool for SMBs and individual contributors. Its Chrome extension shows phone numbers and email addresses on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite profiles, and its plans add CSV enrichment, an API and integrations with CRMs, dialers and Zapier.
What Kaspr hands you is a contact detail. The rest of the job is still yours. You decide which companies to look at, look up the right people, research each company, and write a mail worth answering. Then the campaign runs in another tool, with domains and mailboxes you buy and set up yourself. And because Kaspr prices per user, every colleague who prospects adds a seat.
What Re:Shark does differently
Re:Shark does the whole job in one plan. You describe who you sell to. Kai, our AI colleague, searches Reef for Dutch companies that fit, finds the right contact and verifies the address. You start from companies that match your offer, instead of from single profiles. Kai researches each company and writes the personalised parts of each mail, and enrichment draws on multiple sources and shows the source for every answer.
A short example. You sell HR software to Dutch accountancy firms with 20 to 100 people. Kai finds firms that match, reads what each one does and how its team is structured, finds the person responsible for HR, and writes an opening about that firm. You review the campaign and approve the launch. The mail goes out from a warmed domain, and when someone replies, Kai reads it and drafts the response.
You choose how much Kai does, per campaign. In Manual you build every step. In Copilot he prepares the next step and you decide. In Autopilot he works within your rules. In Manual and Copilot nothing is sent without your approval.
From a contact to a campaign
An email address is one line in a campaign. To reach the inbox you also need sending domains, mailboxes, DNS records, warm-up and rotation, and a message each recipient can tell was written for them.
In Re:Shark all of that is part of the plan. Every plan includes domains and mailboxes: one domain with up to 10 mailboxes on Plug & Play, two domains with up to 20 mailboxes each on Growth, and four domains with up to 20 mailboxes each on Enterprise. Re:Shark sets up DNS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF and runs warm-up and rotation automatically, on its own mail servers in the EU. Allow two to three weeks of warm-up for a new domain. You work in the platform, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through our MCP server. More on how outreach works.
What you actually pay
As of September 2026 Kaspr’s pricing page shows, per user a month: Free at €0 with 5 phone credits, Starter at €59 (€45 billed annually) with 100 phone credits, and Business at €99 (€79 billed annually) with 200 phone credits and 200 direct email credits. Both paid plans include unlimited B2B email credits, and Enterprise is on request. The page does not say whether VAT is included.
For a team of three that adds up. Three Business seats cost €297 a month (€237 billed annually); three Starter seats cost €177 (€135). That buys contact data. The sending tool, the domains and the mailboxes come on top.
Re:Shark publishes its prices, and users, credits, domains, mailboxes, Kai and sending are all in the plan price. For three people the like-for-like plan is Growth: €695 a month excl. VAT (€645 billed quarterly, €595 annually) with 3 users, 7,500 credits and two domains with up to 20 mailboxes each. At the listed prices that is €398 a month more than three Business seats (€358 comparing annual prices), and it covers what Kaspr leaves to you: Kai’s research and writing, the credits to find and verify addresses, the domains, the mailboxes, warm-up and the sending. Working alone? Plug & Play is €395 a month (€345 quarterly, €295 annually) for 1 user, with 2,000 credits and a domain with up to 10 mailboxes, next to €99 (€79) for one Business seat. Enterprise is €995 (€945, €895) with 5+ users and 30,000 credits. About 13 credits per prospect covers finding and verifying the address, checking fit and writing a personalised sequence, and a search that finds no address is refunded.
Built for the Dutch market
Kaspr’s strength is Europe as a whole, and its data is about people. Reef is built around Dutch companies: what a business does, where it operates and how its team is structured. That is what Kai needs to write a first line about the company, not just the person.
Re:Shark is a Dutch company, The Ocean B.V. Data is stored and processed in the EU, and your mail goes out from our own EU mail servers. Kaspr says users remain responsible for their own compliance; with any tool, document your GDPR legal basis for personal data, for example legitimate interest. See our article on GDPR and B2B data (in Dutch).
Switching from Kaspr
Try Re:Shark for 7 days, no card needed. The trial comes with 750 credits and one user, without a sending domain. Describe your target group and let Kai build a first list from Reef. On a paid plan you register domains and mailboxes inside Re:Shark, or connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox to start straight away, limited to 10 prospect emails per user per day. If you would rather not run the campaigns yourself, our team can run them for you at €70 an hour excl. VAT.
Compare the plans or book a demo to talk it through. Also comparing other data tools? See Re:Shark vs Hunter and Re:Shark vs ZoomInfo.
Frequently asked questions
Is Re:Shark a good alternative to Kaspr?
Yes, if you look up contacts to email them. Kaspr stops at the contact details. Re:Shark finds the Dutch companies that fit, has Kai research each one and write the personalised parts, and sends from domains and mailboxes included in your plan. Kai also reads the replies and drafts your response.
What does Kaspr really cost compared with Re:Shark?
Kaspr prices per user. For a team of 3 on Business that is 3 × €99 = €297 a month (3 × €79 = €237 billed annually), for contact data; a sending tool, domains and mailboxes come on top. Re:Shark Growth, the plan with 3 users, is €695 a month excl. VAT (€645 billed quarterly) and includes Kai's research and writing, 7,500 credits, 2 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each and the sending. Working alone? Plug & Play is €395 (€345 quarterly) for 1 user.

If you would rather not run the campaigns yourself, our team can run them for you at €70 an hour excl. VAT.
Does Re:Shark have phone numbers and a LinkedIn extension like Kaspr?
