Lusha alternative: Re:Shark vs Lusha

Lusha gives you contact details, and what happens next is up to you. Re:Shark finds the right companies and people, writes a mail worth answering and sends it from its own EU servers, in one plan.

Why teams choose Re:Shark

Lusha finds the address; Re:Shark also does the rest of the job. Kai researches each company and writes the personalised parts, and the mail goes out from dedicated domains and mailboxes on our own EU servers, with warm-up included. Your data is stored and processed in the EU by a Dutch company.

Why teams look for a Lusha alternative

Lusha is built for finding contact details. You look up emails and phone numbers in its platform, in the Chrome extension or through Claude and ChatGPT, and each reveal costs credits: 1 for an email, 5 for a phone number.

An address is where outreach starts, not where it ends. With Lusha you still decide which companies to target, work out what to say to each one, and send. Lusha Engage can send sequences, but from the Gmail or Outlook account you connect, with a limit of 1,000 emails per user per day and 10 active sequences per user. The mailbox is yours to bring.

Teams that come to us want the whole route covered: the right companies, a mail worth answering, and an inbox that lands.

What Re:Shark does differently

Re:Shark starts from the campaign, not the lookup.

Say you sell to Dutch engineering firms. You tell Kai, your AI colleague, who you want to reach. Kai searches Reef for companies that fit, finds and verifies the right people, and reads each company’s own website. He writes the personalised parts of your message and shows the source behind each one. You preview every recipient and approve the launch. The mail goes out from warmed-up domains on our own EU servers, and when a prospect replies, Kai reads it and drafts a response.

You decide per campaign how much Kai does: Manual, where you build every step; Copilot, where Kai prepares and you decide, and nothing is sent without your approval; or Autopilot, where Kai works within your rules and you still approve the launch. And like Lusha, Re:Shark has an MCP server, so you can work from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

From address to sent mail

The part Lusha leaves to you is where Re:Shark does the most.

Every Re:Shark plan includes sending domains and mailboxes: 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes on Plug & Play, 2 domains with up to 20 each on Growth, 4 domains with up to 20 each on Enterprise. Re:Shark sets up DNS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF, and runs warm-up and rotation on our own EU mail servers. Your campaigns go out from dedicated domains, so your everyday mailbox is not the one doing the prospecting.

Between the address and the send sits the research. Reef shows what a company does, where it operates and how its team is structured, and enrichment fills in details from multiple sources, each answer with its source. Kai uses that to write about the company in front of him. More on how outreach works and on deliverability (in Dutch).

What you actually pay

Lusha’s pricing page (September 2026, in US dollars) lists Free with 40 credits a month, Starter at $49.90 a month for 400 credits, Professional at $69.90 for 600 and Premium at $399.90 for 3,400, with lower monthly equivalents when billed annually. Scale is priced on request.

Those credits buy reveals. Premium’s 3,400 credits are up to 3,400 emails, or 680 phone numbers at 5 credits each. Choosing the companies, working out what to say to each one and the mailbox you send from are not in that price; Engage sends from your own Gmail or Outlook.

Re:Shark’s plans, excl. VAT:

  • Plug & Play: €395 a month (€345 billed quarterly, €295 billed annually), 1 user, 2,000 credits, 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes.
  • Growth: €695 a month (€645 quarterly, €595 annually), 3 users, 7,500 credits, 2 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each.
  • Enterprise: €995 a month (€945 quarterly, €895 annually), 5 or more users, 30,000 credits, 4 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each.

About 13 credits cover a prospect from start to finish: finding and verifying the address, checking fit and writing a personalised sequence. A search that finds no address is refunded. Kai, unlimited access to the company and people database, the domains, the mailboxes, warm-up and sending are in the price, and top-up packs are available.
