As one of the founders of Re:Shark, I am primarily responsible for the financial health of the company and support various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Sales, as needed. My role keeps me closely involved in sales, as well as in shaping our product vision and overall strategy. My focus is on balancing operational efficiency with strategic growth, ensuring that our teams are aligned and empowered to achieve our collective goals.
