Utilising the skills I have acquired from my MBA, PhD and over a 20 year career in academia, I approach my consulting work with a unique combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Helping you make evidence based decisions that will truly work for your business.

I don't offer a bandaid solution to treat a symptom of exclusion. I focus on identifying the cause and offer a sustainable and effective treatment plan.
