Focusing on enhancing knowledge and skills necessary to operate in intercultural environments.

Culture here is understood broader than only national culture: as a repertoiare of values, beliefs and behaviors shared by people belonging to any social group or collective. Recognizing that at any time each of us is a member of multiple collectives – and as such has at their fingertips varied array of elements to choose from - the training aims at equipping people to be able to recognize their own make-up of intersecting elements of identity.

From that point of self-awarness then upskills them in becoming empowered to communicate effectively with collegues, customers, friends of different cultural background – staying true and authentic to themselves.
