About The Inclusion Factory

Founded in 2015, The Inclusion Factory is a boutique agency specialising in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Through our D&I strategy development, speeches & seminars and bespoke training programmes, we support organisations in their mission to establish an inclusive culture in which diversity is cultivated and embraced. Our newest service is the MenoVest™ Experience ™, an award winning menopause learning experience that aims to drive allies and support organisations that want to be menopause inclusive.

I am a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant , Keynote Speaker Trainer with an Executive Master’s Degree from INSEAD EMCCC (individual and organisational psychology). Additionally, I have a Master’s Degree in International Law.

Prior to establishing my own business, The Inclusion Factory in 2015, I enjoyed a 13 year marketing career at Heineken, managing exports to West Africa from Amsterdam, managing global brands from the company’s Paris office and overseeing the Desperados Tequila flavoured beer brand for Western Europe.

I am a Dutch national and cosmopolitan. I grew up in The Netherlands and Surinam, studied in the UK and Singapore. I worked across Europe, West Africa, the South Pacific and Hong Kong. I am currently based in The Netherlands.
