Clarity and the transparency, so that you can make your decisions with confidence and commitment. This is what I bring, as the founder and director of DecisionQraft.

Decision making is a skill that can be taught. Good quality decision making involves both the science of data analysis, and the art of human interaction. It is a craft, a vital craft for navigating our complex and unpredictable world.

I love to share my knowledge and expertise with others, through coaching, training, and facilitating. I add real value by helping teams and individuals manage risk and uncertainty, frame opportunities, and engage stakeholders. Through these interventions teams, departments, and organisations ultimately craft their quality decisions. My ability to work across hierarchies, foster collaboration, identify pain points, and motivate people sets me apart.

I enjoy what I do and enjoy doing it well. With DecisionQraft, that is what I do.

I support your opportunities and projects with best practices. Value creation starts with good Framing, and I facilitate anything from a couple of hours discussion to a multi-day fully integrated workshop. Set your project up for the best possible start. Or check in prior to key decisions for assurance on technical content and Decision Quality.

I advise on Risk and Uncertainty management, and help you make most of expensive data acquisition through in-depth Value of Information analyses.

I provide decision making training and coaching at all levels, to build decision capability in your organisation. Not just for Decision Makers and Decision Boards, but also for project teams and functional groups that are involved in preparation for decision-making under uncertainty.

Offerings can be tailor-made, from introductory trainings or masterclasses to long-term mentoring. Or host an on-site Decision Desk for your teams - they can ask anything in short interventions and coaching sessions.
