In 2022, I founded Qualia Quest as an organisational coach, catalyst, and constellator.

As a coach, I guide individuals through professional challenges, providing support and guidance, leading to fresh perspectives and growth. As a consultant, I provoke teams and companies to question their norms, identify areas for improvement, and drive meaningful change from within. As a constellator, I create safe spaces for groups to explore deeper issues and stimulate transformative change. My services include:

Individual Development Personal growth and transformation involves investigating your beliefs, patterns, and identity, identifying values and purpose, and developing meaningful relationships with others. With a focus on sustained and transformative change, techniques like constellations, systemic exercises, or individual coaching are used to explore topics relevant to both personal and professional growth, cultivating empathy and expanding awareness.

Team Development: By establishing trust, safety, and open communication within the team and aligning values with purpose and strengths, a culture of mutual support and collaboration can be created. I provide immersive coaching programs that focus on team psychology, trust, values, and purpose. My personalised approach includes tailored support for both team leaders and members through targeted one-on-one sessions and group exercises, including customised team workshops.

Organisational Development: Autonomous and self-sustaining teams with clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures demonstrate effective decision-making and co-creation. With over 15 years of experience in strategy, project, and transition management, I offer coaching techniques, operational knowledge and expertise in team dynamics to take the vision all the way to deployment, while embedding lasting behavioural and structural changes within the organisation.
