Energy healing combined with holistic coaching is a gentle & complete form of therapy that can help with everyday problems and deeper life issues. My sessions offer a unique time and space to feel & heal, connecting all the parts in you: Body, Mind, Energy and Emotions. I welcome you with care, making sure I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and share what is going on in your life. My method combines a unique mix of Reiki, Energy Healing, Holistic Coaching, Sound Therapy, Aroma Therapy & Crystal healing, which provides in-depth relaxation and allows the body to activate its self-healing abilities.
