Energy healing combined with holistic coaching is a gentle & complete form of therapy that can help with everyday problems and deeper life issues. You will leave my sessions feeling refreshed, with a clear mind, a sense of inner peace, feeling re-energized, and ready to make some changes in your life.

My sessions offer a unique time and space to feel & heal, connecting all the parts in you: Body, Mind, Energy and Emotions. I welcome you with care, making sure I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and share what is going on in your life. My clients usually describe me as easy to connect with, compassionate, good at listening, and providing concrete tools to help with their life.

My method combines a unique mix of Reiki, Energy Healing, Holistic Coaching, Sound Therapy, Aroma Therapy & Crystal healing, which provides in-depth relaxation and allows the body to activate its self-healing abilities.
