HEALING STARTS WHEN FEELING SAFE I meet with people in a private practice in Amsterdam. We focus on recovery from stress, burnout and trauma. To sleep well with an empty mind. Living from Flow, from your Heart.

Most people know what to do, what is best for them, when given the time and support they need. That is what I offer, time and support from experience.

Integrating latest brain research on stress and trauma, we combine Mindful Coaching with specific Breathing Techniques and Deep Body Awareness for accelerated results. I help you understand what is happening in your body and how you yourself can physically regulate your emotional/mental states better. For increased neurologically sensed safety, the key to a balanced, happy and fulfilling life.
