Glow is a boutique yoga & massage studio in Maastricht. We offer multi style yoga classes for all levels, prenatal yoga for future moms, mindfulness classes, private yoga sessions and different types of massage.

Created by 2 expats, Glow Yoga has an international concept. All yoga and meditation classes are offered in English, which makes it easy to follow for everyone who has recently moved to the Netherlands and doesn't yet speak the Dutch language. It's also a place where new friendships can be started and new connections can be made, since many members share a similar life style or have a similar life situation.

Our yoga and meditation classes are given in small groups, allowing for personal attention and a feeling of community. We know each other by name, share stories and like to have a cup of tea together after a practice. Every now and then we organise a themed event that allow the members to connect outside of a yoga class.

As the majority of our members are expats who might only be staying in the city temporary, we appreciate their wish for flexibility. We offer different membership options, all of them can be cancelled any time.

For businesses we offer customised yoga and mindfulness sessions targeted to improve the work-life balance of the employees, contribute to their productivity and wellbeing, decrease a chance of burnouts and give additional value to secondary work benefits.

For those who are looking for personal coaching, we offer private, tailor-made classes. Want to pamper your body? Book one of our massages!
