Yogayounity (www.yogayounity.com) supports organizations in a practical, concrete and targeted way with immediate visible results. We have years of experience with yoga, meditation, mindfulness and relationship management and we are excellently prepared to link the science of yoga with medium and large organizations.

Vision: We want to create a healthier and successful working environment, by offering short and effective yoga and meditation sessions to organizations and their employees. And it is our aim that the practice of Yoga can be just as normal as the practice of Tai Chi in China!

We work nationwide with the best instructors in the Netherlands and guarantee the best quality.

Our instructors: • Are well trained with a minimum of 400 hours RYT and are have a lot of experience; • Have successfully completed the Yogayounity training; • All have affinity with the corporate industry and are very capable of connecting yoga and meditation with your organization; • Master both the Dutch and English language well.
