Melanie the owner of Blossoming Butterfly is a free-spirit, a yoga teacher, wanderlust entrepreneur, foodie, essential oil consultant & music lover. She believes in a holistic approach of life. Being a wellness advocate for dōTERRA essential oils she educates people in how to implement essential oils in their lives as natural solutions to improve the wellbeing of them and their family. She does this by organizing workshops to provide information and by creating a community where people can connect and share their experience. As a yoga teacher her teaching approach is intuitive and caring with a focus on breathing and alignment, while providing space and attention for every student individually. In her classes she focuses a lot of awareness of the senses and bodily sensations. It is about feeling whatever is in the body in the present moment, this helps to ground and to connect. A lot of the sensations we feel are connected to emotions and memories of the past, and give a blurred view on the reality. Becoming aware of them and observe where they come from is the way to release this old feelings that bother us. Melanie also works with sound and essential oils to deepen the yoga practice and to engage the senses.
