Welcome!

My name is Yolanda Castellón. As Life & Loss Coach, I support parents who have lost their baby before, during or shortly after birth to transform the pain of the loss into strength.

As a Psychologist and loss mom myself, I know how crucial it is to receive timely support.

In 2016, Max, my first son was born. We had what I would call, a perfect pregnancy. Sadly, after a long and traumatic delivery, he suffered severe brain damage due to lack of oxygen. He passed away in our arms 8 days after his birth.

I will spare you the details, but I guess you can imagine how devastating that was for me. Life as I knew it was gone, I felt so many emotions all at once, but deep down, I also felt that there had to be a way to continue living life fully, with Max’s love in my heart.

That personal search has brought me where I am today. I have learned:

✨How to transform the pain of the loss into strength ✨How to integrate grief in my daily life without disabling me ✨How to keep building a relationship with Max even though he is not physically here ✨How to change the dialogue around baby loss ✨How to appreciate and live life fully on my own terms

It is now my life mission to serve and support others who have been through the same.
