Becoming a parent doesn’t always follow a clear or expected path.

For many families — especially those navigating fertility treatment, high-risk pregnancies, or time in the NICU — the journey can feel overwhelming, fragmented, and difficult to make sense of within the Dutch maternity system.

I provide trauma-informed doula and coaching support for expat and international families across the Netherlands — offering continuity, clarity, and grounded emotional support through every stage: fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and NICU care.

My role is not to replace medical care, but to help you understand it, navigate it, and feel more steady within it.

Together, we create space for informed decision-making, emotional processing, and preparation that reflects your real circumstances — not an idealised version of birth or parenthood.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, moving through IVF or ICSI, or finding your way inside the NICU or transitioning to home after the NICU, you don’t have to do it alone.
