WMC Analytics works on the measurement frontier of AI: the layer before standards, benchmarks and supervisory conventions.

The AI market is awash with opinions and frameworks dressed up as evidence. Very little of it helps boards, supervisors or counterparties measure their AI risk exposure.

WMC Analytics delivers measurement science for a pre-paradigmatic domain it is helping to shape: how to evaluate AI systems, governance claims and institutional risk when empirical evidence is fragmented, models are probabilistic, and the public record is incomplete.

The work combines AI measurement and evaluation, NLP-based evidence extraction, measurement-instrument validation, reproducibility engineering, variance attribution and financial-sector governance.

Boards, supervisors and counterparties do not need more AI drama. They need to understand the reality of their actual AI estate, what has changed, what is reliable, and what can be evidenced to a regulator.
