As an advisor, I support CEOs, owners and boards of SMEs and family-owned companies to explore opportunities for business growth and development. Not by providing long, impenetrable reports, but by conducting face-to-face meetings with owners and directors and making concrete recommendations. My aim is to offer practical and actionable solutions.

I am a management consultant with extensive experience and expertise. I hold an MBA from Henley Business School and have worked for Coopers & Lybrand, SNS Bank, ING Bank and Faber Group. After completing the PMD programme at Harvard Business School and the PGO Management Consultant programme at VU University Amsterdam, I set up as an independent business consultant advising SMEs and family-owned companies. My clients see me as a hands-on trusted advisor, a valued sounding board, a critical consultant and a mediator between generations.
