As an entrepreneurial and people-oriented leader with over 25 years senior management experience, I have built a broad background in strategy development, sales, organizational transformation, commercial growth and operational optimization. My approach combines a clear strategic plan with hands-on execution to ensure tangible results.

The success of any transformation depends on bridging the gap between what happens on the work floor and those setting the strategic direction. I hold overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, sales, profitability and growth.

Previously, I led the Dutch entities (P&L responsibility) of DES Group, Chubb Fire & Security, Heras, Hexta, Acurity and Falck A/S where in this last role I successfully built a profitable, certified organization from its startup (greenfield) phase to 56 fte in 3 years with dubbel digit margin (EBITDA).

What defines me is the combination of strong business acumen, connecting leadership and executional strength. I believe in collaboration, trust and ownership within teams, essential ingredients for enabling people and organizations to excel sustainably. At the same time, I focus on clear objectives, measurable results and the continuous improvement of processes and services.

In the coming years, my ambition is to help strengthen organizations in an evolving market where digitalization, people-centered leadership and efficiency go hand in hand. With my experience in strategy, sales, business development and transformation, I am confident in my ability to contribute from a hands-on leadership position to the further professionalization and growth of an organization.

For a long-term commitment, I am open to establishing a mutually beneficial arrangement based on achieved results - for example, a performance-based agreement linked to revenue and profitability targets that creates a true win-win for all parties involved. A permanent position can certainly be discussed from this perspective.
