About treemark® Legal Consulting

The Swiss born founder Markus finished his bachelor of law in Switzerland and completed his master of law in Vancouver in 2004. During his studies, he specialized in international intellectual property and cross border legal assistance among governmental bodies as well as international criminal law. After a few years in academic research and teaching,he moved successfully into the corporate world as legal consultant in the franchising, retailing venture capital business before founding treemark® in 2022.

treemark®'s specialities are commercial contracts of all sorts, both drafting and negotiating, Intellectual Property, Franchising, Licensing, Risk Management, Advertising, Compliance and Data Protection.
