Postma Legal provides legal advise on commercial contracts (drafting and negotiation), legal strategy and mindful business advice. I am a corporate generalist lawyer with substantial (in-house) legal and management experience. High premium on providing preemptive legal support and risk management. Experienced in advising on, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of agreements in an (international) commercial legal practice, any matters related to contracting processes, (potential) litigation, corporate legal support, IT, outsourcing, intellectual property, privacy, distribution, franchise and agency agreements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities and judgment. Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment.
