About Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nederland provides training, education and embodied learning based on Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based approach developed at the Trauma Center in Boston. We are the only training organisation in the Benelux offering TCTSY-informed programs. From the Netherlands we support professionals, schools and organisations in integrating trauma-informed and body-based approaches. Our programs focus on safety, choice and awareness, helping individuals and organisations develop resilience, regulation and psychological safety.
