About Network Yoga Therapy

This training and expertise platform was founded in 2010 by Anneke Sips. We are an innovative international network of professionals who connect yoga, science and (mental) health. We design and develop yoga (therapy) ecosystems within institutions, hospitals and companies where staff and clients are supported with the right yoga interventions and research.

We believe that awareness, courage and self leadership lift us as a collective to a higher level, which help us make better decisions for the world and leave a positive footprint for the next generation. The method of yoga is great to support this movement.

Our most important activities are: ° Training and expertise platform — online and in person consultancy ° 'Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda'​ yoga teacher,- and therapist trainings ° 'Be Your Own Therapist'​ online program ° The Yoga Therapy Conference in Amsterdam ° Yoga & Yoga Therapy (research) project development and execution
