At Praktijk Tessa Visch I work as a coach, lifetherapist and freelance teacher/trainer and advisor. Next to this I work at School of Life, an educational institute for holistic lifetherapy and personal development.

In all my work I am passionate about facilitating an environment where people can grow and learn from the inside-out, instead of from the outside-in. I support people, groups and teams to connect beyond the outer layers. To dive a little deeper..and see what is there. I love creating the environment that benefits such a journey.

I work with humor and lightness, but connected and always from the heart. So that even the darkest subjects and emotions are safe to be shared.

Topics of my work are personal development, healing, energy dynamics, energy consciousness, contact skills, intuition, sensory awareness, transparent communication, intentionality and conscious parenthood.

I feel that the healingwork I do with individuals is quite similar to the work I do with groups and organizations. It starts with a safe environment and finding the imbalances within the whole. Creating awareness around them brings change/movement within the system so that the imbalance can be healed. To be able to do this in a sustainable way, every individual needs to take ownership for this proces, I help them to look at the system as a whole and also see what strengths and qualities are already present to help make the necessary changes.

My working life is different everyday and I hope it keeps growing with me.
