I believe extraordinary leadership begins with an extraordinary inner life.

Throughout my own journey - from corporate business to facilitating transformational experiences around the world - I discovered that lasting leadership begins within. The quality of our lives, relationships and organizations is a reflection of the quality of our relationship with ourselves.

Today, I work with individuals, groups, visionary leaders and changemakers who want to create more meaningful lives, authentic relationships and conscious cultures. Together, we cultivate embodied presence, conscious leadership and authentic human connection as practical foundations for how we live, lead and collaborate.

My work brings together mentorship, facilitation and consulting at the intersection of leadership, relationships, embodiment and community. Whether I’m mentoring individuals, facilitating groups or consulting within organizations and communities, my intention is always the same: to help people remember more of who they are and cultivate the conditions in which humans naturally thrive.

Before this chapter of my life, I built a career in the corporate world. That analytical background still lives in me. I’m a bit of a secret math and science nerd, endlessly fascinated by complex systems, human behaviour and the profound intelligence woven into life itself. Today, I love building bridges between business and spirituality, logic and intuition, structure and love.

I believe extraordinary organizations are built by people who are deeply connected to themselves, each other and a shared purpose. And when we have the courage to meet life with awareness, truth and love, we unlock our fullest potential to create positive change in the world.
