About Spirit Horses

Founded in 2023 by Equestrian Fitness Instructor and Equestrian Mental Coach Sara Tadjipour, Spirit Horses' focus is on horse welfare, real connection and pleasure of horses and their partners. Learn how you too can get from overcompensation and crookedness to balance and straightness, and thus really work together with your horse.

With the help of Equestrian Fitness classes, not only the muscles and flexibility of the rider are worked on, but also on coordination, own body awareness, endurance and mindset. An all-round package that you have to experience for yourself. Because let's be honest – who doesn't sometimes have trouble sitting through, feels a difference in the left and right canter, or experiences tension while riding?

For the extra motivated riders, there are combination lessons Equestrian Fitness and Riding Posture. This way you get the best out of yourself and you can become a real Dream-Team together with your horse.
