About Heart 4 People

Heart 4 People offers a wide range of services, including workshops within corporate settings, aiming to foster connections and raise awareness around self-care. Many individuals in the corporate world overlook their own well-being, unknowingly neglecting their needs. Through occasionally challenging yet enjoyable methods, I help individuals reconnect with themselves and, most importantly, with each other. By nurturing connections in diverse ways, I firmly believe that workplaces can be positively transformed, fostering collaboration between departments and creating a harmonious collective. These workshops contribute not only to the individuals but also to the overall growth and success of the organization

Additionally, we facilitate group breath work circles in various locations and also offer personalized individual or couples' coaching sessions.

Outside of these aspirations, Heart 4 People actively participates in retreats, festivals, and gatherings, offering breath work sessions. These environments provide fertile ground for creating a powerful collective energy field, enabling significant strides towards expanded awareness and reaching a broader audience. I also cherish collaborations with practitioners from various healing modalities, as their unique perspectives enrich our offerings and enhance the transformative experience for participants when combined.

Therefore my vision is to expand across Europe and beyond, so we can all join forces in making earth a beautiful place to stay.
