About Spice Trip with Paulami

Spice Trip with Paulami is a concept started by Paulami who moved 3.5 years ago from India to the Netherlands and soon after started spreading her love for the food. It started with just writing blogs and recipes but soon moved to talking about it and teaching various styles of Indian cooking from traditional Ayurvedic to Urban Indian cooking.

Paulami adds her own twists to a few recipes and makes traditional Indian food easy for everyone to follow. Her mission is to get a simple daal or khichdi or aloo matar to become a weeknight dinner menu at most homes in Netherlands.

Cooking Indian food is skillful but not difficult and certainly very comprehensive. Paulami is currently busy working on her cookbook (in Dutch) with 230 recipes that will be launched in April 2021.
