Cooking is my hobby, but above all my passion. A passion passed on by my grandmother, Mamy, who taught me the significance of sharing. My little apartment in Amsterdam's Pijp neighborhood is frequently visited by guests, where we all celebrate good food washed down with fine wine. But now I’m not only cooking for my loved ones, I really enjoy cooking on location. I am currently writing and designing a cookbook and soon my web shop will open, where you can buy the best Swiss regional products!
