About SolSync

I’m Veronique de Leon and I’ve founded my health coaching practice SolSync to support professionals in the music & events industry. With 10+ years of experience in roles like artist liaison, nightclub manager, stage manager, and music programmer at De School and Elevation Events, I offer coaching tailored to the unique challenges of this dynamic sector.

My approach is science-based and holistic, because strengthening physical health fuels the energy and resilience needed for mental wellbeing. I help artists, event professionals, agencies and crews create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, so they can pursue their passion in a balanced, long-term way.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer workshops, speaking engagements, and my backstage service ‘The Reset Stage’ for festivals. With The Reset Stage I provide artists and crews with a space to pause, reflect, and gain practical tools to thrive on- and off-stage. SolSync has collaborated with events like Amsterdam Dance Event, Awakenings, Dekmantel, Wildeburg & ZeeZout. I’ve also been featured on podcasts & panels, including 3voor12 - De Machine Podcast.
