𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲! 👋 I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey and started my private practice as a Health & Wellness Coach in 2017.

I am on a mission to bring health & wellness/wellbeing to my clients. I am living my purpose.

In my work I am partnering with clients internationally. I am in service to their potential, so that they can bring their best selves to their work, their company, and explore, play and learn to find better physical, mental and emotional wellbeing each day, aligned to their sense of purpose.

🧩A Lifestyle medicine certified health professional is trained to apply evidence-based, whole-person, prescriptive lifestyle change to treat and, when used intensively, often reverse chronic conditions. Applying the six pillars of lifestyle medicine.

🥗Culinary Health Education Fundamentals (CHEF) Coaching is an evidence-based approach focused on culinary coaching to improve nutrition through culinary training, combined with health coaching principles.
