Bed & breakfast in 1900’s town house on the water in Utrecht city. Feel like a local with your own rooftop with stunning views over the water, nature area and the city, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The room has its own airconditioning, heater, black out curtains and free coffee and tea facilities. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-bar, microwave, washing machine, dryer and kitchen necessities. The house is located in a popular neighbourhood close to the beautiful Wilhelminapark. It’s 1,7 km from the city centre. You’ll find many excellent restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. You can swim in the river or rent a canoe right from our jetty. An optional breakfast is available from 8 o’clock onwards with fresh fruit, orange juice, warm bread rolls, eggs and more. We love to share what this part of the world has to offer and hope you’ll love it too.
