Providing advice on private title as well as with partner consultancy firms, being able to offer more capacity and experience, RightDesignRight also offers Black Belt and Green Belt level training programs and related coaching.

A unique 1 day management workshop has been developed to make executives, as well as family groups, familiar with the basics of a Six Sigma program by both presentations and practical exercises. More important: The integration of above methods and related tools in the daily R&D, and operational practise. To assure anchoring of Quality methods in an organization, the merge of Six Sigma Methods and Business / Product Creation Processes is crucial.

Based on broad and long experience: implementing both Six Siga, DMAIC, as well as Design for Six Sigma, DFSS / IDOV, in a 10Bln Company, world wide, > 2500 R&D employees, via my company I offer to share this experience with interested parties on project basis.
