About Inspiring Change Netherlands

Inspiring Change would like to be your guide in the development of your team and your organisation and in continuously improving the quality of your processes. In this process of change, development and learning I use strength-based approaches like Appreciative Inquiry. It is also my mission to make the strength-based approach of Lean Six Sigma more known to people and organisations who work with Lean and/or Six Sigma and to give them insights in how they can benifit from using it. Inspiring Change helps to make effective use of strength-based approaches in dealing with issues that have a positive impact on the future results of the organisation to make it 21st Century proof with a focus on continuous improvement with Strength-based Lean Six Sigma. Inspiring Change is also able to help with new insigths on auditing and giving your quality programs a new dimension. Besides being your guide in development and improvement projects Inspiring Change offers workshops and training in Appreciative Inquiry, Strength-based Lean Six Sigma and Appreciative Auditing and Interviewing. Provided also is personal and business coaching based on the Appreciative Inquiry principles to help you find your own inner strengths and abilities as a person and in your work.
