I’m Judy Bowers, a multilingual Work & Organizational Psychologist based in Amsterdam. I offer coaching in English, Dutch, and German, with a focus on sustainable change that respects both emotional wellbeing and professional growth.

My approach blends evidence-based psychology with compassionate, practical coaching. I work 1:1 with professionals and also partner with companies to create meaningful support for employee wellbeing.
