About Adél Gericke

I’m Adél Gericke, a life and career coach/ counsellor supporting people through periods of change, burnout, and inner conflict.

For many years, I followed a path that looked successful on the outside — studying hard, building a corporate career, and creating a new life abroad. Yet internally, I often felt disconnected, anxious, and unsure of who I was beyond my roles and responsibilities. That experience, combined with my own coaching and therapeutic journey, shaped the way I work today.

I now support people who are capable, reflective, and high-functioning, but who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment with themselves. Many of my clients are navigating life or career transitions, recovering from burnout, struggling with boundaries, or sensing that “something needs to change,” even if they can’t yet name what that is.

My approach combines deep listening, reflective questioning, and practical structure to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gain clarity about what truly matters. Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs — whether you’re seeking direction, emotional support, or space to explore what’s next.

I don’t believe you need fixing. I believe you need safety, curiosity, and support to access your own inner wisdom. From there, change becomes more sustainable and authentic.
