Multi-award winning NEFFA | New Fashion Factory is the ground breaking automated manufacturing method allowing for custom products made from biomaterials. Biomass is robotically applied around affordable, configurable and recyclable 3D moulds.

This innovative supply chain is giving brands unlimited design freedom, is circular and based on automation. This patented process gives customers (B2B) unprecedented design freedom to create silhouettes and textures that were never possible with traditional manufacturing processes. It is circular and based on natural materials that are biodegradable, eliminating waste and deadstock. And automation is making local and on-demand production possible, whilst eliminating overproduction.

NEFFA is the new manufacturing method next to cutting and sewing. We are providing a lean and flexible supply chain with a limited number of stakeholders, creating a local and fully transparent process that is adaptable to constant change.
