About Mothers Transition

As a caterpillar goes through a metamorphic transformation into a cocoon and then into a butterfly, so does the woman. Her birth is a transformational rite of passage which leaves her forever changed.

I believe that every newborn mother, every new butterfly, is as vulnerable as her newborn baby and deserves the same love and attention.

You don’t need to feel like you are going through this transition alone. I’ll be there by your side with a warm cooked meal, tea, a hug, and a listening ear.

I’ll validate and cheer you on as you get to know your new self as a mother as well as your new baby. You’ll emerge confident, informed and surrounded with respect, love, and care.
