A Love & Relationship coach, therapist and educator - if you want to put me in a box, may it be that one. A Life & Leadership Designer. A priestess of love, a witch with a tantric heart, a deeply intuitive shadow worker. In other worlds I'm known as an award-winning speaker, international entrepreneur and a communication specialist with a masters degree.

In essence... I won't fit into a singular box. And you don't have to either.

YOUR FULLEST EXPRESSION I believe that to be the fullest expression of who we are - beyond boxes - and experience an abundance of love, we need to cast off the chains. And so I guide and mentor love-driven souls to liberate themselves from the invisible shackles that keep them from expressing themselves authentically and unapologetically - in life, in love and in work.

HEAD & HEART I challenge you to merge your head with heart. To allow all of your humanness to become part of the way you show up - for yourself, your partner, your children, your friends. I invite you to relate to ALL parts of yourself – including your sexuality, the source of your joy and vibrancy. By designing your Life in your own way, on your own terms, I hope you will get to to experience a more authentic way of living. A life in which deep, authentic relationships to support you to thrive.

The work I do is experiential, therapeutic, transformative and goes deep; it supports you in rewiring your system, and creating new imprints, so you can solidify your relationship with yourself and others.
