IMG-Mediation, certified mediator (2002) in The Hague, Netherlands. Conflict resolution in companies - workplace mediation - restorative conferencing in Dutch and in English. Individuals, larger teams. Also (extended) family, victim-offender mediation, solution focused coaching and mediation in case of claims, complaints, diversity. Mediation is a structured process whereby an impartial mediator facilitates communication between those in dispute. Results are mutually agreed upon solutions on how to improve (or terminate) the work relationship in the future. Restorative Mediation is a face-to-face meeting, in the presence of a trained mediator or facilitator, between those people who are primarily emotionally affected by a conflict, a serious incident or harm.
