Als fulltime arbeidsmediator help ik mensen een oplossing te vinden bij conflicten tussen collega’s onderling (spanningen in het team) en tussen werknemers en leidinggevenden.

Is er een oplossing gevonden dan kunnen partijen weer verder, stress weg, hoofdpijn weg en weer rust op het werk en thuis.

Ik ben rustig, kan goed luisteren en ben een professional die de juiste vragen durft te stellen. Vragen die misschien een beetje pijn doen, maar wel nodig zijn om de angel van het conflict op tafel te krijgen. Niet bang om mezelf te zijn benoem ik wat ik zie en hoor. Uiteraard wel in de rol van de onpartijdige, neutrale bemiddelaar. Want dat is wat een mediator doet. Ruimte maken waarin partijen zelf de beste oplossingen formuleren.

As a full-time workplace mediator, I help people find a solution for conflicts between colleagues (tensions in the team) and between employees and managers.

If a solution has been found, parties can move on again, away from stress, headache and rest at work and at home.

I dare to ask the right questions, even if they may be uncomfortable questions, in getting to the core of a conflict. In my role as mediator, I will always be myself and will call out what I see and hear. My goal is to create a safe, impartial environment during mediation. This setting cultivates the best mutual solutions in a conflict. I firmly believe in the benefits of mediation.
