To (B)eat Coaching Until seven years ago an eating disorder was holding me in its grip and I experienced myself how hard it was to recover completely. Nowadays I use this experience to help others in their recovery process.

With To B(eat) coaching I can help you to get back your grip over eating and to take back control over your life. I completely understand how hard it is being entangled in a web of rules, restrictions and fears. I know better than anyone that disordered eating isn’t just about the food, there’s much more hidden behind this fear and hang to control. During the special To B(eat) sessions I help you to take back control over your life, by offering individual coaching and practical exercises.
