At Next Level Human, we’re convinced that anyone, regardless of age or background, can become fit and stay that way. Everything we do is aimed at achieving one single goal: to help our customers find their fittest version and live their best lives. In short, to become Next Level Humans.

We believe in empowering people by giving them all the tools to gain control over their lifestyle and level up their health. You can’t build a house on loose sand nor can you build long lasting performance without any regards to nutrition. We use a holistic habit-based approach and we put nutrition as the foundation for everything we do.

We offer nutrition services through habit-based coaching. Through simple steps we show people what their current habits are and enable them to make adjustments that will lead them to achieve their goals. Within our team we have different specialties. Our team consists, among others, of several CrossFit L1 coaches, a physiotherapist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coaches, a dietitian, a pedagogical specialist and an orthomolecular nutritionist. All with ample experience in exercise, food and coaching. We use all this knowledge and commitment to make our customers reach their goals.
