Health Central is a health center that focuses on optimizing your mobility. When you choose for Health Central you will work on optimal physical and mental well-being, with freedom of movement as the starting point. Experience the comfort of your own body.

Health Central is working from a holistic perspective. That means we take into account all factors and restrictions that can be of influence: pain, muscle tone, flexibility, posture, coordination, strength, endurance, food intake, stress, emotions and thoughts.

We use a strong method to identify underlying mechanisms or patterns that cause your symptoms or maintain it. Then, from an academic perspective, an appropriate treatment- and training plan (including personal training schedules) is started. With this, we will bring you (back) to your desired level of performance as quickly and as effectively as possible.

We find personal attention indispensable in a good cooperation with our clients: we ask questions, look, feel and listen to clarify your request for help and the nature of your complaints.

Health Central has years of experience in promoting the freedom of movement of people in different situations. Whether it concerns prevention for (sports) professionals or rehabilitation after an operation, Health Central brings people physically to their highest level.

The goal is always to realize structural change in the quality of your performance and well-being. We work according to the motto: your body and mind should work for you, not against you.
