I’m Gita Doekharan, the founder of Growth Competence. After years in the financial sector, I noticed a meaningful gap: highly skilled international professionals had the expertise to excel, but lacked access to language support that reflected the real dynamics of working with Dutch clients, stakeholders and teams.

Growth Competence was created to fill that gap.

I offer Dutch language training tailored specifically to the financial sector — practical, context‑driven and designed to strengthen confidence, communication and impact in the Dutch market.
