Grow Nova offers coaching and consulting to thoughtful professionals and leaders, navigating life and work in the Netherlands.

I’m Wanda, founder of Grow Nova and ICF Certified Leadership and Life Coach based in the Netherlands. With 20+ years in international HR experience and clients from 17 different nationalities, I understand what it means to navigate change in an international context, and the self-doubt and patterns that quietly run the show beneath the surface.

Imagine operating from genuine clarity. Knowing what matters, trusting your decisions, and leading or living in a way that fits who you actually are, rather than who you thought you were supposed to be. Although coaching outcomes can never ethically be guaranteed, in the right coaching partnership, that’s what become possible when the patterns beneath the surface are finally named and shifted.

We work together to uncover the beliefs, emotional patterns, and internal pressures shaping the way you lead, live and relate, and find a way forward that actually fits who you are now.

My approach draws from a range of evidence-based coaching methodologies to help you uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build a clearer path forward.

Coaching is conducted in English, primarily online, with a face-to-face option available in the Den Haag and Randstad area.
