Now you’re expected to improve performance, hold difficult conversations and build confidence in your team while figuring leadership out as you go.

I’ve been there.

My first leadership role was a baptism of fire. I learned through trial and error, and over the last 25+ years I’ve led, developed and coached contact centre leaders across organisations including HSBC, Booking.com and Nike.

Today, I teach contact centre leaders how to coach for performance so they don’t have to learn leadership the hard way.

I work privately with a small number of contact centre leaders who want to strengthen how they lead.

After 25+ years in leadership and coaching, I work with a small number of contact centre leaders who want to stop second-guessing themselves.

I work with contact centre leaders and tailor the learning around their role and the leader they want to become.

🔸 HOW I DO IT

Across 3 months, we work on what coaching is, what it is not.

We practise the conversations you’ve been avoiding until they become natural.

🔸 WHAT WE DO

We start with where you are right now.

Together, we identify what is getting in the way of stronger performance, then build an approach around your team, your targets and the conversations you are responsible for leading.

🔸 WHAT TO EXPECT

After three months you’ll stop avoiding difficult conversations. You’ll know how to challenge poor performance without damaging relationships and coach people towards accountability instead of compliance.

You will know how to identify the real coaching opportunity, ask better questions, address performance opportunities and build systems that can be repeated.

These are skills you will use throughout the rest of your leadership career.
