Destination Rome was founded by Jens Timmermans, an experienced professional who has worked through all facets of business. From trainee to business director, from well-known Radio DJ to IT and Broadcast Technology manager and from Digital Development project leader to Trainer of up-and-coming radio talent.

In the leadership roles he intuitively came into contact with servant leadership. His belief that employees and their potential are the greatest asset of a company or organization is the reason Destination Rome was started.
