Challenges intended to bring natural behaviour to the surface. We’re not hired to solve problems. Instead we help you navigating complex environments you might find yourself in. Don’t expect babysitting but expect mature conversations wherein we leave hold of the easy approach and set off to embrace sustainable change.

Based in Europe with highly experienced facilitators, coaches and international mountain leaders, having the resources to architect programs in an artificial landscape as well as a natural (mountain and/or wilderness) environment.

Proven track record of working on more than 5 continents, 20 countries and 35 nationalities. Experienced in running leadership and behavioural change programs within various industries: oil, gas, building, shipping, pharmacy, chemical.
